Façade Grant 2/15 Deadline

The second application deadline for the FY 2023-24 Façade Grant Program is Thursday, February 15, 2024. The final application deadline will be April 18, 2024 (contingent on available funding remaining).

The Façade Grant Program provides businesses and property owners with matching grants to improve their storefronts and enhance the city’s retail districts. Under this program, business and property owners may be eligible for 50/50 matching grants for exterior painting, new awnings and signs, and other façade improvements. Grant amounts range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the type of work proposed.

For the 2023-24 program only, awning improvements will be reimbursed at the 80/20 level (i.e. the City will grant up to 80% of the cost of the work up to $5,000). Grants are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
